2015年10月4日到10月9日期间，惠诚律师事务所北京总部叶姝欐律师及张宁律师代表惠诚律师参加了2015 International Bar Association Annual Conference（国际律师协会2015年年会， 以下简称IBA年会）。

aaaa 会议期间，两位律师分别参加了对“联合国商业和人权指导原则”(UN’s Guiding principles on business and human rights)、“纽约公约：以公共政策为由拒绝执行仲裁裁决及其近期发展”(New York Convention：public policy as a ground for denying enforcement of awards and recent general development)、“制裁对国际仲裁的影响”(The impact of sanctions on international arbitration)、“联合国安理会及人权问题”（The UN Security council and human rights）、“苹果支付，比特币，一个无现金的社会：论在移动支付和数字货币领域的法律问题”（Apple Pay, Bitcoin, a cashless society: discussion on legal issues in mobile payments and digital currencies）、“在商业对社会及环境的影响的问题上，仲裁是否能发挥作用”（Is there a role for arbitration in the resolution of disputes regarding the impact of business on society and the environment）、企业纠纷的调解：从务实角度出发，如何在运用非诉讼纠纷解决策略时创造价值(Mediating corporate disputes: practical views on how to create value when adopting ADR strategies)等课题的研讨，并在研讨会上就相关议题发表意见。

aaaa 会中及会后，两位律师分别与Fox Mandal & Associates、Jean-Charles s. Gardetto、Quorum、Corus、Gide、CMS、Sekri Valentin Zerrouk、DS Avocats、Granrut、METIS、JUSTEM等律师事务所代表律师进行了会谈，并初步达成了合作共识或合作意向。
